Q. When will my Credit card be charged?
A. Your credit card will be charged immediately upon submission to My Life Greetings.

Q. What if there is an error on my order?
A. If the error is yours, whether it be an actual error like giving us a wrong zip code for your response envelope or a change to your copy; you change the time of your ceremony on your invitation, then we would reprint that piece for 10% off. If the error is ours we would reprint that piece for no charge.

Q. What if I need more after I have placed the order?
A. That is considered a reorder. Reorders are considered new orders and are processed with prices starting at the 1st 25 price. To avoid a costly reorder, it is recommended that you order an additional 25 of all pieces. Please contact us for any additional charges.

Q. Can I order extra envelopes for my invitations or Holiday cards?
A. You may order any number of extra envelopes (it does not have to be an increment of 25) when placing your order. Additional envelopes are very affordable and take the stress out of addressing your order!

Q. If I order the recipient addressing, can My Life Greetings mail out my order to the recipients?
A. We do NOT mail out your cards or invitations.

Q. Can you print my order in a foreign language?
A. Yes, we can print your order in any language that uses the English alphabet for no additional charge. For any other language, artwork must be submitted. Extra charges may apply. Please contact us for pricing.

Q. Do any of your cards or invitations require extra postage?
A: Any square invitation or card would require extra postage. It is also recommended that you take a COMPLETE ensemble regardless of the shape to the post office to be weighed prior to purchasing your stamps to ensure you have purchased stamps that cover the cost of mailing your card or invitation.

Q. Do you ship samples or orders internationally?
A. We do not ship samples or orders to International addresses.

Q. What Are KwikSeal Envelopes?
A. KwikSeal Envelopes make the mailing of your greeting cards or invitations fast and easy with a self adhesive strip; no glue stick or applying moisture needed! Not all items have these envelopes available.

Q. Will my Holiday Cards arrive folded and inserted into the envelopes?
A. Your cards will be shipped to you flat. Cards that are ordered on can be folded and inserted into the envelopes for a fee of .20 per card. This charge will be added after we receive your order. You will be contacted to confirm the additional cost before your order is processed. The envelopes will not be sealed. Please indicate in the Special Instructions area “Cards folded and Inserted”. Please add 2 additional business days for this service.

Q. The website says “Customer Assembly Required” for the card I have chosen. Can these cards be assembled for me?
A. Yes. We can have the cards assembled for .40 PER card. This will NOT be included in your price at check out. You will be contacted for the additional amount to be charged to your order.

Q. Can I order a Sample?
A.Yes. You can choose up to 3 of your favorite designs and we will send them to you completely free. Sample(s) will be completely blank on the inside. These will be sent to you via the US Postal service 1st Class Mail and cannot be sent out of the United States.

Q. What kind of files do you accept for artwork?
A. We only accept artwork files in the following formats: TIF – Tagged Image File (Preferred), ZIP – WinZip (Preferred), SIT – Stuff-It, INDD – Adobe InDesign, AI – Adobe Illustrator, PSD – Adobe Photoshop, EPS – Encapsulated PostScript, PDF, JPG Images. Maximum file size allowed is 5MB.

Q. What kind of file is best to use for my photo?
A. For best results use a high-resolution photo. Typically files that are larger than 500kb print best. You can upload .JPG and.TIF. Please note that any reproduction of photographs, designs or artwork requires written permission from the original author. The author (such as a photographer, artist or designer) retains the right to the work. Physical possession or ownership of a copy of the original work does not give the possessor the right to reproduce the work without the written permission of the author.
